Is the purchase not what you expected or is it not the right size? Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of reception.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Send an email to contact@la-vanil.com with a return request and reason. We will create a shipping
label for you. Package the item, unused and in new condition, with the original label attached in the
original packaging. If packaging in the original packaging is no longer possible? Then ensure a
good strong packaging.
Put the completed return form in the box. Make sure that the item is well packed, so it will be
returned undamaged. Do not write on the box. We are not liable for damage or lost return items.
Once we have received the item, we will assess if it complies with our return policy. If so, you will
receive the purchase amount back within 10 working days on the account with which you made the
purchase. The return costs will be deducted from the total amount.

No return form? That’s no problem. Download it here. Fill in this return form with all the required
information.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDERED ITEMS FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR ANOTHER ITEM?

Would you like to exchange your online purchase for a different size or another item? That’s possible!
Return your purchase as indicated above and place a new order on the webshop.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM THE SALE?

For the Sale collection, we currently have the following return policy:
· At 30% discount, returns are possible.
· At 50% discount, only exchanges are possible.
· At 60% discount, only exchanges are possible.
· At 70% discount, neither exchanges nor returns are possible.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

Send the product back within 14 days with the La Vanil shipping label. You can request the shipping label by email.
The product must be delivered to us in good new condition;
without stains, material damage or transport damage. Be careful during your consideration period, do not cause damage to the product, package your return shipment carefully so that it can be transported undamaged. Make sure all parts in the package are well protected. We may withhold compensation for damages that occurred with the consumer or during the return shipment. The product must have the original label attached.
